Cabernet sauvignon
It is considered the queen of stocks. It is a red varietal, native from Bordeaux, France. The grape cluster is small and loose. Its berries are small with bluish black peels. The wine is strong and hard when still young. Then it needs time to soften. Its scent reminds of black fruits, berries and spices.

Merlot
Native from Bordeaux, France, It is one of the red stocks of great wines from that French zone. A little softer, less tannic than cabernet, it produces smooth, velvety, blue-violaceous wines when still young.As this stock is very sensitive to the lack of water lack during the ripening period, it is very important to select appropriates zones and soil of farming.

Chardonnay
The queen of white stocks, it produces the burgundy wines, including Chablis and Champagne. Its grape cluster is small to medium size with tight berries. The wines are yellow with green highlights, intense banana, pineapple, apple and flowers scent. In the mouth it is deep and strong-bodied among the white wines.
