The Wines Cellars
The winery, located on the farm, has a capacity of 3 million litres in stainless steel casks. Technology is up-to-date, with cooling and heating equipment, pneumatic press, vacuum filters, for the wine- making, treating and stabilizing wines prior to bottling. Besides, the winery has a cellar with temperature control. Nowadays there are 250 casks where our best wines stay during the aging period, prior to bottling. But most important is the fact that our winery has been certified to process organic grapes, originating 100 % organic wines.
